i too have been feeling ill from the toxins. stick with it tho and don't get discouraged. im on my 8th day of the b&p and parasite cleanse and the first 6 days were an emotional rollercoaster from hell mixed with stomach pain. no wildlife or ropes in my bm yet but i was definately constipated. tried enemas and the Epsom Salt mix (even x2 doses in one day)...and nothing...so i know how frustrating it can be.

i am beginning to think that your body has to get used to the b&p shakes and it takes a while for it to sweep out all the plaque. so try to be patient, it get's better.
