I can imagine how you are feeling. Yesterday I felt so constipated, even though I went in the morning and in the evening. Feeling very tired and nauseaus aswell. I didn't have the nerve to do an enema. I went this morning 3 times, the last time was very thin and soft but I could see in every stool short white threads. Afterwards I am drained, cold and shivery. Those parasites are totally toxic to the system. I am wondering how bad it will get for me as I haven't started the parasite cleanse yet...

Drink more water. Maybe some liver support herbs like milkthistle to help you cope with toxic overload.
