If I eat no meat, and especially, no oil, I have no hot flashes or sweats...I'm 53...menses stopped 8 years ago....but was having sweats and hot flashes since I was 40.....it all seems to be gall bladder/liver....I'm headed for Liver Flush #8 and have been on parasite cleanse for over nine months ( but they;re still coming out, so I'm continuing.....
