Hi NewLeaf! Your regime sounds great. You say that you don't want to do the parasite cleanse at the same time as the Master-Cleanse and B&P drinks, right? So, that's good to follow your intuition on that...that's what I did the first time. Now I am just dying to add the parasite cleanse to the mix (that's what I'm doing in January)...because it just seems that you will be flushing out the parasites Livingroom at the same time you're killing them off! Oh the Joy!

Ptree says that you can take the B&P drinks for up to 6 months the first time you do a colon cleanse. So, you can just keep the drinks up (then you'll still be flushing out their livingroom, too) for as long as you feel is right, while on the Zone diet. The B&P does still work *very* well when still eating a good diet.

Lastly...you can do the Liver Flush any time you feel like it. When you just feel that you can't wait any longer, that's the time to do it!

As to the schedule you're talking about. I ended up taking the B&P drinks first thing in the morning and last thing at night and every 5 hours in between (worked out to be 4 times a day) You'll find this to be really very easy while you're just on the MC. I only drank the lemonade when I got hunger pangs. In between hunger pangs I drank my warm water. Your idea of putting yourself up as an example with all details and schedule is a great one! I made a 7 page 'schedule' type thing for my family and friends for Christmas seeing as everyone was *so* interested in all of this. Now they're all doing it!
