Herbs are a terrific addition once your elimination organs are cleaner. The idea is to clean up the elimination organs so that your body does not get clogged up with dead parasites and debris once you start killing them with herbs. They want to be able to exit out of your body fast. If faeces and debris can exit without too much trouble, you will alleviate alot of "die off symptoms" which can occur with a parasite cleanse.

Humaworm is a good one if you are interested.
