Hi,

The ammonia smell has nothing to do with parasites and is simply a by-product of aerobic metabolism during your workouts. I won't get into the science, but the ammonia is created when the body begins to run out of carbohydrates and starts to metabolize muscle protien during workouts. Increasing your carbohydrate intake before, during and after workouts should help reduce the smell.
