wriggling usually means rabbit flukes.kill them with oregano oil and magnesium oxide capsules.I got mine from veggies contaminated with parasite eggs.You can kill the eggs by washing your veggies in water and Lugol's iodine.This info is in Dr.Clark's book The Cure For All Diseases .
