I'm waiting to get my Awareness Clear and Experience to get started. I'll get it this week. I tried ParaStroy with no visible results, but had an itchy butt off an on. I read where others had no visible success with other products, but tried Awareness and had results right away. I'll let you know how my PC goes.
I'm in about the same shape as you. A little over weight, but not in bad condition. I'm 245, but not as muscular as you are. My goal is to get around 210. A parasite cleanse is the beginning of my cleansing steps. I've ordered ThreeLac because I believe I have an overgrowth of candida. My stomach is about as big as a seven or eight month pregnant woman. Most of it is hard when pressed against. It's not soft and gushy like just fat would be. There are some areas of fat, but most of it is my guts inside pushing out. At least that's my impression of it. To the experienced ones out there, is that symptoms of an overgrowth of candida? That's been the most logical solution in my mind from what I've read and understand at this point. I'm still pretty new to a lot of this.
I have other cleanses on my list (liver, kidney) down the road, but am starting here. I'd like to get some visible results to show my parents, and then introduce them to this. They might be more receptive with some evidence to show them. They could both benefit from some cleansing, I know.
