Hi Everybody

I have taken 3000mg of Q10 about three days ago and apart from having an elevated temperature on the day I took the dose I have seen no results. I have finished the Dr Clark parasite Cleanse and then waited a week before taking the Q10.

My question is: is it safe to take another 3000mg dose after three days?

I am concerned as I can feel a wriggling sensation near my chest and in my thighs :o(
