I smelled the same ammonia smell after gym workouts 10 years ago. I remember it happened regularly. I had no clue then of what it could be except some type of detox. I didn't know then what I know now. I have recently (in the last 3 months) gone back to more regular workouts 4xwk/45min and have noticed that old familiar smell only a couple of times. Mabe my body is not as able to detox as it was 10 years ago. You see, I still believe it's some type of body detox. Mabe it is parasites and/or toxic chemicals. I have made alot of changes to my environment/diet since being diagnosed with MS in late 99 (but no useless, yet damaging drug therapy for me). In the past year I removed many dental Amalgams and am 8+ months smoke free after 28 years.--If you figure it out, please let us know. -LBW
