I did The Master Cleanse for 12 days. went back on food 3 weeks and the Master-Cleanse for 3 days and then went on the parasite cleansing. The PC consisted of pumpkin seeds and extra strong fennel tea. Did that for about 5 days and overlapped into the blood cleansing consisting of a fruit/veg only with red clover tea. I experienced all the symptoms of vile flatulence and bowel movements etc. My question, is this enough for the parasite cleansing or do I need to do more for the next time around. My next cleanse is the kidney in about a month's time.
