Most helpful post. I voted for an R or two or however many they decide to give you. I'd been thinking of doing a parasite cleanse, but since I'm taking a gram a day of SSKI , (and also some magnascent) I think I shall wait. I'm turning loose a lot of toxins right now (am on day 11 of a gram a day) and this morning I couldn't get warm to save my soul. I am quite toasty right now but...

...since I haven't had breakfast I just decided to do a saltwater cleanse to see if the other problems clear up and still get my daily half-gallon of water in after that.
