Most people cannot tell the difference between a good reaction (die off) and a bad reaction.

When I had Candida, I could eat bad things on the list and most of the time I wouldn't get sick right away, but it would slowly eat away at my body. IF I drank alcohol it would knock me out the next day. Even when I had Candida under control, if I drank alcohol three days in a row, I would most likely find myself in a hospital.

I've never had bad reactions for so-called good foods for Candida, it's more like non-reactions. The food you eat on Candida diets however won't help you get well imo.

I personally beat Candida eating almost all fruit, which is the last thing the books will say to do, but it's true. And the only people on this board who have beaten Candida long term have also used fruit as part of their regime. Yes, when I first started eating all fruit I had a die off reaction. I lived.

I currently DO NOT eat all fruit however. It's not a long term diet, it's just a cleansing diet.

Good bacteria fighting with bad bacteria. I've had several internal fights like these. It's not really helping or hurting imo. Maybe helping a tiny bit.

If you get this kind of reaction, you're probably a good candidate to be helped by a parasite cleanse. Go for Barefoots Dewormer or Humaworm for at least a month and see if you notice a chance. These dewormers will do things probiotics cannot.

Also, Threelac might also be able to settle things down as well, but I don't consider it a long term solution.
