I am on a Candida diet, not too strict, I'm still juicing carrots and eating potatos. I am underweight so I would hate to fast.

About the pumpkin seeds. I started putting a spoonful of raw pumpkin seeds in my Oatbran porridge every morning for the past 3 months. I cant remember why I started doing this, but when I started passing parasites I looked at everything I was eating. The thing is, I only started passing parasites recently, in the last month. About a week ago I had a bad night of nausea, stomach cramps etc., The next morning I gave myself an enema and later I passed what appeared to be peices of tapeworm, very large and very scary to me. I had previously (a couple weeks before) passed lots of small threads so I know I had worms. Then I was wondering what I did to kill these big worms, I looked at everything I was eating - then I remembered, a couple of days before I got these cramps (I thought it was the fish and chips I ate) I had opened a new packet of pumpkin seeds. These seeds were different to my old packet, they were smooth and new and looked very fresh. My old packet was crumbling broken seeds. So my guess is that to kill worms you need very FRESH pumpkin seeds.

I was also taking an Oregano Complex (Biocare) that has freeze dried oils of Artemesia (Wormwood) and Clove - but the amounts are very small and I was only taking them for 4 days at a time, rotating my antifungals. This could have contributed of course but I just think its funny that I started a new pack of pumpkin seeds and a couple days later I pass the big worm peices.
