well I will answer what I know from my own use of garlic...No it did not burn my mouth at all I simply cut it up into small pill size pieces put it all in my mouth at once and swallowed with water...It never affected me at all as far as stomach or mouth or throat burn...But remember I was doing this while still eating...my husband would chew his up all three cloves...At first I would sweet a lot at night and smell strongly...but after a while people didn't notice it and believe me I would ask my friends as I do work in the public....Yes I am on the M.C. fast today is my 21 day..and I only found things in my bowl movements the first few days...nothing since...I don't know if i am full of parasites or not but the reason I decided to do the M.C. my naturpathic doctor said I have leaky gut snydrom after a urine test...And I think now it makes sence...As here are some interesting things I have learned...About 8 years ago I developed hypotyroid..my hair bagan falling out and then I got a strange skin thing happening...My out and iner thighs got strange bumps and scalling then it was on my upper arms and wing part of back...they sent me to a skin doctor that was a joke anyway...I went back to juicing and it went away on my legs and back but never has left my upper arms...then a few months ago the back of my head began itching so bad I just wanted to rip my skin off and my hair began falling even more....Then I got the news of leaky gut snydrome...So I decided to do the M.C. and after about a week the bumps began what I thought was pimple one on my stomach and one on my thigh then a few on my bum...well after taking Dr.Clarks parasite meds for two weeks then stopping for one week...My thighs iner and outer are covered in the same old bumps from years ago...So I did some more research..and I am thinking Candida..And thinking that the reason it all cleared almost all anyway was the garlic I have taken it off and on for years..anyway I am sure I have gone on way more than you wanted to know...sorry...let me know if I can help.....anita
