I went to my naturopath yesterday, and am now rotating my meds.. we talked for awhile and found out that my first sign of parasite infestation was when I was 4 ! It hard to believe... anyways, I am on my off days now, but taking a homeopathic remedy for pin worms.... I had my first panic attack yesterday since the start of the cleanse, and am feeling soooo sluggish tired, angry and nervous.... I am elimating 1 to 2 times a day with help from salts,senna or cascara... but im still feeling a poison overload.... What are some other detox methods that i could use? and just a total shot in the dark... does any one know of an infrared sauna in toronto?!
