Hi,

I've just started with Clarkia - the tincture that combines the three things that Dr. Clark recommends: Black-Walnut , Wormwood , and clove (I think). I don't know how to tell if I have parasites and I don't know how to tell if they have gone away. But I'll let you know if I feel better!!

(My current issue is lack of motivation - avoiding things that I should do - not feeling emotionally robust.)

I find that I Like the tincture. I am starting with 10 drops, so far only 1x/day cause I forget usually to do it more than once. We'll see!!

I'm also using Fitline Basics Plus for bowelcleanse at the same time.

I can report so far that I am experiencing anal itching - and do not know if it is related!!
