I have been on the P&B shakes and the Clark parasite cleanse for a few days.
I woke up this morning at 4:15 so very sick to my stomach had to lay flat on my back. I am so nausead.
I gave myself an enema and I went It was dark brown and was not firm I took a plastic fork and dug alittle I am forsure I got a couple dead flukes and another red glob and a small worm looking thing it has a black head I seen it in a picture yesterday on here now I am trying to find the pictures again to compare.
Oh I feel ill.
