I understand it is good for me, but for some reason I'm really scared to see worms and stuff crawling out of me, and what exactly is in me. Is it that bad?

After a parasite cleanse, what do you use to restore good bacteria? I'm also scared I'm going to do some damage to my good bacteria. As anybody had these problems?
