I am using Clarkia , and it actually contains all three parasite herbs in one. There are no capsules to be taken.
It tastes very strong, very bitter. For my family, one small bottle lasts 1 - 2 months, and how much you need, it depends on dosage and how long you intend to be on that cleanse. In their program, they recommend taking it for 8 weeks (2 bottles), but making one week break after every 2 weeks usage. It has been very long time since we did full cleanse. We are now doing maintenance only. I usually order 6 bottles, and then we have enough for the whole year, for maintenance. We just take it for a few days every now and then (when we remember), usually once or twice daily, and that is enough for me nd my kids. I also use Citrosept occasionay, it is grapefruit seed extract, and is great against cold and candida. Iris
