I feel like you do. I eat very well, I've done the bowel cleanse, take antifungal herbs. I've eaten better and exercised better than I have in my life, and I still gain weight. I haven't done a parasite cleanser yet. That may be my problem. I grew up in the country and have been around animals my whole life. I have two cats now. I've always been pretty thin except for the last two years. Your story gives me hope!
