I am on my first day of the lemonade and the third day without solid food... I had a difficult time last night with cravings, but felt great during the day. It seems once the sun goes down my cravings come up. I am also feeling pretty weak and shaky right now. I have had a headache all day and hope to feel better soon. I felt good this morning, but started hitting a wall around 4 pm. I have to get food for my 22 month old all day, so that in itself is another challenge. I also did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning and didn't get any immediate result. I drank the tea thinking that will help and just started my stronger BMs... That seemed a bit strange to me, maybe I mixed the salt wrong... Hope everyone is doing well and I hope I feel better tomorrow. By the way, is anyone else having weird dreams? There was a giant friendly sanke in my dream the night before last...
