i began dr.clarks regime in september using Black-Walnut , Wormwood , and cloves... completed the 3 week course and then followed up with a weekly maintainance program... i began to skip a week in december doing it only once every 2 weeks now... i've also done the coQ10 3,000mg. 3 times now by opening the capsules into a bit of honey... everything about me is better than before, but i can't actually say what i've passed because i eat so much popcorn i can't tell the difference between popcorn hulls and/or parasite seeds/packs, etc... my stool is continually full of hulls/seeds/ parasite or whatever, i just don't know what they are...
