Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach cramps. I had not been hungry all day, so I had eaten very little all day. I had been extremely tired all day, too. I had made an attempt to do a coffee enema the day before, but I was not able to get a lot of the coffee inside my body. (I have a previous post explaining that) I am also halfway through my bowel cleanse. (beginning third week) I also have been using a zapper. Also, the night after doing the coffee enema, I was so restless. But, I had noticed nothing outstanding from all of this, other than little rice-looking things in the toilet and that was from the very first parasite cleanse using Dr. Clark's method.

I say all of that to now tell you this.........

I am walking out the door to go to my office, when this unbelievable stomach pain hits. I run to the bathroom and could not believe my eyes when I saw this flat, rather large mushroom-looking thing floating in the toilet.(I had eaten no mushrooms) I started shaking it scared me so badly. I was in tears. As soon as I got my office, I quickly got Dr. Clark's book out of my desk drawer and saw what it was and then I was really scared. IT'S A FLUKE!!!!!!!!!!

I am still shaking. It will be a long time before I get over this one! Whether it was the first parasite cleanse I did (Dr. Clark's mixture) the zapper, the bowel cleanse, or that coffee enema,(because right after that enema, I did expell a lot of what looked like dirt?) I have no clue. But, I am here to tell you that it happened to me. To think I had that creature inside me is a little more than I can take today.
