Keeping a journal is a great idea! Then this time next year you can look back on your "flushing days."

You probably have around 2,000 stones, so flush away. It took me 7 consecutive flushes before I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I then did a couple more flushes and saw no stones. Then last Friday night I did another one after many, many months and there were just a few--not enough to talk about.

Oh, and just don't do the liver flush. Work on parasites and your colon, too. You will be totally amazed!
