Keep on good diet, and continue cleansing, and your liver will regulate itself.

In your age, it may take 6 or more flushes to flush all bile ducts and to bring liver to better health.

Hyperactivity of any organ is a sign that something is wrong with health, so do not be affraid to work on improving your health.
And, yes, parasites cleanse is always good thing to do.
Do parasites cleanse every 2 - 3 moths.
