I decided today that I was going to do my second Liver Flush tonight.
Only problem is I decided after I had a piece of Banana nut bread this morning. Other then that I havent eaten a thing today. Do you think it will still work because of eating the banana nut bread?
I realized tonight was the only time this week I would be able to do this.I want to do a Liver Flush every 2 weeks for awhile.
I am also going to do the P&B but need to know alittle more about that if anyone can advice me in that area.
I am going to also do the parasite cleanse the clark one.
I will be back tomorrow to let you know how it goes.
