I'm very excited to do all my cleansing, but I have a few questions...

Can I leave out the Epsom Salts while doing my cleanse? I just don't want to take it.

Is this the same Epsom Salts people use in their bath water for sore muscles? It just sounds so weird to me to drink that! So, can I just leave that part out and still do okay with my cleanse? It sounds fishy, as if their could be some hidden effects to the body.

Also, I just plan on doing ParaGone (a parasite cleansing system at I plan on getting at the health food store), for my parasite cleanse, is that adequeate enough? And how do you know when your body has gotten rid of all the parasites so that you can do your Liver flush?

I know, I know, so many questions. But if any of you have any advice, that would help.
