2 carrots
2 brocolli stalks
2 stalks of celery
4 leaves of romaine lettuce
1 large piece of cauliflower
1 apple
1 cup of pumpkin or leave out if you like.

Delicous.....

Now is the time for pumpkins so it is easily added. I did it for parasite clease as I juice the entire thing, seeds and rind.
