Also, if you didn't, start with parasite killing herbs. Those herbs are not only against parasites. Those herbs help normalize digestion, liver function and kidney function.

Also, it is impereative to consume Olive oil daily (for example with salad) , and to eliminate junk food from diet, (like sugar, alcohol, fried food, bread ...)

Also. if you can, locate someone practicing Hellinger's therapy, and start with that therapy.
