Just wanted to state my opinion that I believe we all have different underlying ailments that cause our acne. Therefore, no one can state that just because something helped them clear up their Acne that it will also work for you. One person will swear by Liver Flushes and another will say that all you need to do is cleanse your bowels and your Acne will vanish. But for another person, these treatments will have little to no affect on their Acne (although they are still going to help you get healthier).

In my case, I tried a lot of different cures and treatments, and what has helped me the most so far is treating myself to get rid of parasites (using anti- parasite herbs, zapper, and oxidants). I did one 10 day juice fast, during which I felt amazing but then after going back on solid foods (still extremely healthy, no diary, sugars, wheat, etc., lots of raw veggies) I started feeling crappy again. I believe that the fast caused the parasites to lay dormant and then become active again once I started eating. With all of these parasites in my body, it wouldn't matter how many Liver Flushes I did because the parasites are still going to send out their poisons and make my liver toxic anyway. Now that I have killed almost all the parasites in my body, I will be able to work on cleansing my liver and other organs that have been enduring the toxins expelled by these parasites.
