I am getting ready to start this program...I am desparate. I am now about 20lbs underweight and struggle to maintain that weight (standing at a little over 6' at 130, I look seriously anorexic). People laugh when I tell them I struggle to put on weight, and sometimes to just maintain it...most everyone wants to lose, not find it. I fluctuate between a runny bowel, and constipation, bloating, gas, etc. I am not really sure what the problem is, but do know it is digestive in nature...whether parasite, candidas, IBS, or Chrons. I seem to have many food allergies whereas they have never been experienced before; I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis , thyroid disease, and have had a host of other problems crop up. I have tried Elimination Diets , cleanses, etc. The elimination of grains, dairy, beans, nuts seemed to help for a while, but I have been going through some really bad bouts of cramping, runs, more weight loss, etc. and do not know what is causing it. It seems to be a two year downward spiral from which recovery seems quite elusive.

Has anyone done this program with success. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
