I have just found out about Liver Cleansing and would like to ask a dew questions sbout protocols.

I am going to be travelling to the US in the very near future and in the meantime have to drive to the Alps. When I get there I will be starting a new job and don't know what hours I will work or even what days. Hence I don't have much spare time.

What pre-requisites are essential to a liver cleanse?
Do all of them take sometime? I read than you ought to do a parasite clean as a rep-requisite (and a bowel and a kidney...)and that takes 8 weeks!

What is the minimum I can do to get the ball rolling? I have next weekend free. Later on when I am more settled I can programme more effectively.

I have previously done some parasite removal (about 4 years ago) with something that included psylium husks. It was not possible to be far away from a loo and all I seemed to have was diarrhea. Didn't see any parasites and it was expensive.

Any suggestion would be welcome. Many thanks
