I am just over a week into the parasite cleanse and it is really feeling like I should do a liver flush, I mean like immediately. It is almost 7PM here and about 2PM I ate oatmeal, maple syrup and about half a cup of two percent milk.I also drank a cup of coffee loaded with coffee mate Lite, which says zero fat. My question is, what will happen, because of the fat in the milk? I have not done a Liver Flush since October 29. I am drinking another cup of coffee now. Should I wait until tomorrow and have no fat and no coffee, or can I go ahead and flush tonight? Thanks !!
