Don't know about the 'pumpkin seed' parasites or the 'hamburger' strings...but the darker grooved pieces are mucoid plaque. You might want to do a psyllium and Bentonite Bowel Cleanse to thoroughly clear it out. parasites love that stuff so you'll probably get rid of more of them, too.
