I am very new to this board and sooooo confused about the parasite flush. I'd appreciate if you have time, if you could tell me exactly what you did to cleanse the parasites and how you knew they came out afterward. What did they look like and if grapefruit juice was used, how can you tell the difference between the pulp and parasites? I will probably ultimately have to do the parasite cleanse and would appreciate whatever feedback I can get. Thanks.
