Sounds like you are ready to take out
the trash. Congratulations on recognizing
you are ready to take that first step
on your path to wellness.

I have done many MCs and can recommend
them. I would ask you to consider preparing
more before you do one. Hit the addictions
first. Its one day at a time stuff. If that
is too long, make it one hour at a time. If
that is too long, go for five minutes. As you
gain control, you will feel physically better,
and emotionally motivated to take it to the
next level. Doing a parasite cleanse is the
next cleanse on your list. Do your liver flush
after the parasite cleanse. Doing a kidney flush
can be as easy as juicing a watermelon, or a
little more focused with a dedicated kidney
flush. This is like cleaning your car's filter.
Your body's filters, skin, lungs, liver,
and kidneys will have worked very hard to
deal with the detox of parasites and the
other chemicals you will begin to detox
as you wean yourself from cigarettes and
soda. Cleansing them will prepare you
for success with your Master Cleanse.

If you feel you have a candida overgrowth,
you will have to consider doing some cleansing
for that issue prior to MCing since the maple
syrup in the fast will feed candida.

Dig, dig, dig, in the Master-Cleanse archives and emotionally
amp up your resolve. See this as the preparation
for your Master Cleanse. Be sure to read all

I can highly recommend this guy's blog on the MC.

Seunim's Master-Cleanse blog~~

He tells how he dealt with parasites prior
to his MC. It is a priority and will also
give you more time to detox from caffeine
which includes soda but also coffee or tea.
It takes me a week or two to wean myself off
coffee prior to a Master-Cleanse fast.

If you are not yet regular, maintaining a
minimum of one or more bowel movements a
day, you would serve yourself best by
completing a Bowel Cleanse prior to MCing.

Once you finish your parasite cleanse and a
round of liver flushing, you may want to
wait a couple of weeks and liver flush
again. I would like to think you would know.
Sometimes I just knew it was appropriate to
repeat and some times I felt one was fine.

Read a lot about cayenne. The MC will be
very helpful and healthful for you, I think.
The cayenne will have a positive effect on
your blood pressure.

Finally, see this as an opportunity to "come
clean" with yourself and work at healing on
all levels. Your self-talk will be important
to your success. Be firm, but compassionate
with yourself. The Liver Flushing may precipitate
strong feelings. Know this is normal for detoxing
and it too will pass. If you feel inclined, I
found blogging to be easy and a way to stick
with my fast. You may consider it as a tool to
help you on your healing path~~

I wish you success~~
