I have done four Clark Liver Cleanses since 1996. I have had good results from doing them.
I feel much better after doing them. No more pain on my right side or back. Another benefit that I
have seen (or smelled) is that my underarm Body Odor from sweating is gone. I assume that
means my liver is clean. I seldom have to use an underarm deodorant.

I have read many of the posts here where people do not get good results from the Clark liver
cleanses. She says in her book that it is best to do a three to six week kidney cleanse along with
the parasite cleanse if you really want good results from the liver cleanse. I do not remember
anyone talking about making and drinking the kidney tea. Very few seem to mention they have
done at least one week of the parasite cleanse. Had they read the book they probably would get
better results.
