I've experienced the exact same thing--tomato skin looking fun stuff (along with some green things too). And I get that same feeling you're describing during the enema when I'm about the eliminate that mess. And it's extremely foul-smelling too. This happened to me while doing only an enema, not a dedicated parasite cleanse. But I believe my body kick-started a parasite cleanse as I'm taking MSM and copper supplements. I was feeling inexplicably tired, really dragging butt.

Now, I'm a dedicated cleanse to eliminate the parasites.

To answer your question, it must be parasites. I don't think we'd both feel the same way if it were only tomato skins.
