hi...I can relate to how strongly you feel about not eating animals. personally, I don't believe one has to eat them, particularily when feeling so against it. but only you can know what is right for you, of course.
do you believe the agrophobia is due to nutrition, and what in meat do you think you are missing?
I had terrible anxiety, and panic attacks awhile ago. and agrophobia because of it. I was terrified to be away from home and have this happen in public. also, I felt sick all the time anyhow. so I understand the place you are in. I'm really sorry. I don't know if this has to do with not eating meat for you, for me it had nothing to do with that. I've been vegetarian for 20 years. the anxiety/panic started when I got sick, and it was due to parasites. and a congested liver. after flushing the stones out and taking the parasite load down, the anxiety, panic and agrophobia went away. and hasn't returned.
I can really relate to you saying you've tried many cleanses and it didn't work. the sicker one is, the harder it is to regain health. what seems to work so easily/well for others and it just didn't go like that for me. it took quite a while, lots of plateaus. and lots didn't work at all (and still doesn't). it's finding you're way and it can be a real challenge.
metals could be an issue too, as you say.
for now, keep taking care of yourself, that at least can be done. and over time it will have an effect. consistancy probably has been one of the more successful things for me, staying with something long enough for it to have effect. like keeping diet very clean for long enough, juicing for long enough.
and the rest you will work through. hang in there, it's a tough place, but you can get out.
