Oh yeah! I cannot do the olive/grapefruit mixture. Gag me!!! My mixture of choice is 1/2 cup Hain cold pressed walnut oil with 1/2 cup fresh OJ plus the juice of a lime... You might want to look into Chinese herbs to soften up the gunk in your L/GB... try sensiblehealth.com for her suggestions on liver flushing, including green apple juice.

I believe my Liver Flushing went so well and quickly due to about four years of dedicated colon cleansing including lots of juice fasting. Patience is definitely the trick with liver flushes. Don't forget to hang at the Liver Flush Forum --lots of gurus and good support.

I am presuming you are parasite free and your colon is clean.
