WOW, what you said about my adrenals is right on! You are a godsend. I have been struggling with fatigue the past two+ years and tried everything. I will definitely get the atomidine. I normally break out from high dosages of Iodine but I researched the atomidine and it’s supposed to be a mild form so it shouldn’t cause that problem. It makes a lot more sense. You shed light on so many subjects.

I cut all the nuts and other stuff out of my diet today and felt a bit better. Is it still okay to eat eggs or eggplant? I also read someplace that pineapple kills tapeworms. What about coconut oil. I find the index throws me off some because some of the lower index foods are in the restricted category, like some types of beans and yogurt etc. Even fructose was only 20 on the chart I saw, maybe it had errors.
