yea I have to wait until baby girl is weaned, you don't want your baby to take in toxic stuff, bad bacteria, and all, BUT I feel bad that she is probably getting parasites through the breast milk! no joke! BUT she already got them from being in me, probably. I have a large load. I thought about putting her on formula, but read the ingredients of that stuff, and its horrible. And my hubby wont let me put her on a homemade formula of goats milk (i don't feel comfortable w/that either) so I'm waiting..... its tough.
I am going to get some rosemary, fresh if they have it at the grocery store and oil of oregano which I've been meaning to get for awhile, how much should i take?
