I wouldn't eat frozen fish because I don't trust companies. I need to know where it's from.

Sometimes I'm bloated and gassy and other times I'm not. It's getting worse lately. After the parasite cleanse it was quite ok for a while so maybe I need to do another one. I eat pretty much the same food all the time so it's a bit baffling. I might still be eating food I'm allergic to and not know though. I'm allergic to traffic fumes and perfume so once a week when I go in town I get worse for a few days.
