Yes I've been trying to quit smoking, I know it contains arsenic but I didn't think it contained mercury. I'm glad you can get out and about, I'm looking forward to when I can. Well I go shopping once per week but it takes it out of me. I used to come home and leave all the shopping on the kitchen floor, including meat and things that needed freezing. They stay on the floor for 2 or 3 days because I didn't have the energy to put them away. Now I usually do it within a day or two so I'm getting better a bit.
I had parasites and I was very hypoglycemic, got shakey and sweated when when I hadn't eaten for about 3 hours. I used to wake up in the night and have to eat something but after the parasite cleanse that improved a lot. What's h phylori?
