Wow- thanks for all the pics, luckily it takes a lot to gross me out! Those look a lot like the stuff that comes out of me, I really had no idea what it was until now. I thought it was just mucoid plaque, undigested food, or mucus or something. I am currently doing a parasite cleanse and bowel cleanse, not to mention a candida cleanse. I feel like the stuff that comes out of me. The Bowel Cleanse has peppers in it so hey, I guess they really do work, I always knew spicy food was good for you! Keep it up!
