I do feel relief in my 'safe zone' but I am not completely free of the symptoms. Some of my worst panic attacks have been in my 'safe zone'. I am currently persuing the possibility I have heavy metal toxins. I am in the beginning stages of cleansing them and when I take detox supplements the panic is heightened.
