I think thats a good question Sickofhives. I have been wondering the same thing myself but reading the posts I interpreted it quite differently. Maybe Jessesmom can elborate but I thought that by improving liver function - supplying the correct nutrients (as described above) then you are getting to root of the problem and treating the cause. If the liver was functioning as it should we wouldnt have the candida and the parasites in the first place?? Maybe we do still need to do all this "killing off" - I dont know but surely our own immune systems should be doing this. Hopefully Jessesmom will come back to elaborate and maybe answer some of our thinking out loud!
