You are correct on the last bit, it was through here i learned of anti-fungals and anti- parasite i should have never went down this route really.

A optimum functioning immune system which includes filtering organs etc shouldnt have these issues. But the hard thing for most of us is that we are protein deficient due to bad digestion and again liver.

I took most of them seperatley before but might try again or just take glutamine and glutathione.
