Have you done a parasite expulsion protocol?

Have you done a candida test? (not a spit test..)

I would suggest you never go off protein, but just make sure you can digest the proteins that you do eat.

How much Zinc were you taking? The body will just not uptake Zinc if it has enough, even if you supplement, Copper shouldn't be a problem.

Have you done a blood work up? if energy levels are so down, then something is wrong with metabolism.
